Yoga Teacher Certification:
The Kirk Yoga 200–Hour Teacher Training program consists of 100–hour Anusara Yoga Immersion and 100–hour Anusara Yoga Teacher Training. The 100–hour Anusara Yoga Immersion is the prerequisite for the 100–hour Anusara Yoga Teacher Training. When both programs are successfully completed through Kirk Yoga, LLC; then you will receive a Kirk Yoga, LLC 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate of Completion. This Teacher Training is Yoga Alliance registered at the 200 Hour level and is licensed with the State of Arizona.

- Creating masterful class themes and progressive sequencing
